Delete your SonoCue account
You can delete your SonoCue account and all associated data at any time, with or without the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the SonoCue app on your phone
- Tap Settings (bottom-right tab)
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account, AI usage history, and any flagged reports are permanently deleted within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple, your linked Apple authentication token is also revoked.
Option 2 — Delete via email request
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address tied to your account:

Please include the subject line "Delete my SonoCue account". We will verify the request and permanently delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email when complete.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, display name, and password hash
- Your optional self-reported license number
- Your AI Analyze usage history (timestamps, counts)
- Any AI response reports you submitted
- Your authentication session tokens
- Apple Sign In refresh token (if applicable — also revoked at Apple)
What is retained (and for how long)
- Anonymized authentication events (no longer linked to you) — up to 12 months for security review, then deleted.
- Anonymized AI safety reports — up to 12 months for safety review, then deleted.
- Bookmarks live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.
